A college Degree
Just apply, there are really no pre requirements for kinesiology or physical therapy, you learn all of that at the college you choose.
After high school (if you start college right away) it should take about 4 years to become a physical therapist.

no u have to go to college!!
If you went through all that schooling, time, and expense, I would assume you would want to be a physical therapist. However, with a doctorate you can choose to teach at a college or university in the area you were trained in.
A lot of school, love of helping others, and hard work. I'm currently in college majoring in Exercise Science. I'll need a Master's/ Doctoral Degree to become a Physical Therapist.

Becoming a physical therapist assistant is an easier career path than most medical jobs. You could probably get your certificate at a close community college, I would call the college closest to where you live, or look on their website. You could also check Monster Jobs.
