Probably get 15 with a light foot and fresh tune-up. If you have any add ons on your truck, (toolbox, lift, larger than stock tires, etc.) You could easily be looking below 10-12mpg. Or your truck is in rough shape even less, best thing to add the most mpg is a K&N air filter, royal purple gear oil in the rearend, repack your hubs, keep tire pressure to spec, leave your tailgate down, and keep as much excess out of your truck as possible.
Anywhere from 8-14 mpg depending on how you maintain you vehicle.
