Contact the Pennsylvania Department of Education in Harrisburg, PA. They should be able to direct you to the locations housing the records from the Franklin School of Science and Arts. I believe there were two. I know one of them was a Photography studio in Harrisburg, PA. If that's changed, the Department of Education should be able to tell you where the transcripts are presently stored. Good luck!
