During the 32 year Dictatorship of Raphael Trujillo, all homes had to have a photo of the "president" with these words which translate to: "In this house Trujillo is the boss". The may have been on a ceramic plate, hung on the wall.

El Jefe
Rafael Leonidas Trujillo Molina, nicknamed El Jefe, was the ruler of the Dominican Republic from 1930 until his assassination in 1961
The big boss
This is a good example of how you really have to watch your spelling and accents when writing Spanish. "esta" means "this" if you don't have the accent. "come" means "he eats", the third person present form of "comer". Tu without the accent is "your". So, even though it a little jumbled, this could be very loosely interpreted as "Not this bad and your boss eats you." I assume this is not the intent. No estoy mál y tú, ¿cómo está tu jefe? is "I'm not bad and you, how is your boss?"
"Jefe" (male boss) "Jefa" (female boss)
