What's the question? If they are not operating correctly buy a bottle of commercially available fuel injection cleaner at your local auto parts store - use it per the directions. Use a second bottle if the first yields no results. If THAT doesn't work you need a professional mechanics help.

Periodically ... the fuel filter can't possibly catch everything. The injectors will get clogged over time ... a good long run (hundred miles or so) at a constant freeway speed does worlds of good for dirty injectors.
More likely you need to replace the fuel filter, or your injectors need cleaning. That's what our problem was... injectors, especially. When you have stalling or starting problems. A fuel pressure test will verify the condition of the fuel pump. Like the above answer said, replace the fuel filter before doing anything. That may solve your problem.

To change fuel injectors on a 2002 Honda Civic unclip them from the harness. The fuel rail will need to be removed and the injectors will be able to come off.
