If you mean the Glycemic Index diet, I have been using the low GI list for almost 3 weeks and I have lost 8 pounds. I use the Diet Center guidelines and low glycemic foods. I have been able to feel various vital organs cleansing, namely my lungs, liver, and brain. These short times of cleansing feel like a dull mild ache. I do not limit myself entirely to the low glycemic list but I am careful not to allow myself too much. I was already on a restricted diet due to food Allergies, however. I cannot eat or drink dairy products. Eliminating dairy will expidite the cleanse. But don't allow yourself to cleanse too fast. It can make you ill. Other side effects include feeling hungry sooner, but having more energy.
