A 1989 Cheyenne with a 4.3 V6 will receive approximately around 15 miles per gallon driving in the city. For highway the gas mileage is around 20.
That depends on what the car was designed to run on. If it was meant to run on 87 octane, using 89 octane can make the mileage worse.
it will only if your car requires 89. If your car is designed for 87, then 89 will provide no benefit.
87=89 octane my car looses gas mileage runs worse when i get gas that has ethonal
89 plus 43 plus 37 equals 169.

Depends on the driving you do. Check it yourself this way. Fill it up with gas and note the mileage. Then run it normally. Let it get really low before you fill it again. Note the mileage and the amount of gas you put in. Now devide the mileage by the amount of gas. This is you miles per gallon. Check it several times and get your average. An 89 V6 will be somewhere between 17 and 24.
89-43
Yes. Good work!

If you drive easy, you should get anywhere from 28 miles to 30 miles per gallon using 89 percent octane gasoline. Preferably Shell gasoline.
