TO get to the wheel cylinder you have to romove the wheel. Then you need to pull of the brake drum. You can make it easier if you take a flat head screwdriver and pry the drum off a little bit to get it started. After pulling the drum off you will see the wheel cylinder at the top pressing against the brake shoes. Undo the 2 bolts on the back and the brake line. You might have to compress the pistons and pull the shoes apart a little bit to wiggle it free. You can also use a hammer to hit the back side of the clylinder to get it out.
