It is extremely illegal to enter the United States with the intention of getting married. You need a fiance visa to marry a US citizen or premanent resident. If you come to the US with a student visa with the intentions of going to school and then later you meet someone, fall in love, and get married...then you have the right to file the I-485 to adjust your status from student visa to green card holder. But coming to the US, stating you intend to get married without a fiance or K visa, you will be in trouble.
Having a student visa means that you are legally in the U.S. They could change their student visa to a working visa (H1. After that they can apply for a green card and later apply for citizenship. Getting a green card can take years. Only after getting a green card they will be able to apply for citizenship. The process can become much easier if that person gets married with an American citizen. Then, it will be a question of months.

A person on a student visa is permitted to stay in the US only for the duration of time for which the specific course is designed. There are separate visas that one should use in case of getting married to a US citizen - the fiance' visa. Green card holders cannot petition their spouses of fiance's inorder to get married.
No they cant get it .
Why not just go back to your country, go through the process legally and then you don't have to worry about it.
After getting PVA your case becomes stronger to get a student visa for Australia. However; your financial ability and medical requirements also matter for the final decision.
Apply for a Student Visa.
Yes, students are not requirfed to be single.
No you can't. You would more or likely get refused if you get married before getting a spousal visa after you get married. So you would need to get that visa before the wedding, while on the tourist visa.
If they violated their visa, it will probably be revoked.
No, that serious criminal conviction would prevent you from getting either a visa or a green card (if married to a U.S. citizen).
