Im not sure what this girl is like or how smart she is, but im a guy, and this is my theory for why i stay single on purpose:
At dances and parties and just in conversation, its easier to talk/dance/party with someone ur not going out with. usually girls are shy and dnt dance with theyre boyfriends at dances, actual dancing, not just slow dancing. same for guys, and she also may have adopted this theory!

girls are hard to get and it also depends on why she doesnt like you. maybe you offended her or maybe she is just confussed. ask her ahy she doesnt like you and if she doesnt answer ask her friends.
