You have to have a hearing and be emancipated from one guardian, but give reasons why the other is still good
If the parents agree to give up parental rights, and the grandmother adopts the kid, then yes.
No.... Among other reasons, this sounds pretty cheat-ish.
Probably to show them that they think the teenager is mature enough to have an allowance.
You tell them the reasons that they need to leave and give them a reasonable time to move out. If they refuse to leave if it something as a result of payment issues, then you can go to the police. They can then get them evicted if you can give them a probably cause. If it is not for financial reasons or abuse of the contract or living privileges then I am not sure how you can go about that.
You do not have to be a supervisor to flag answers. You do not flag questions, if there is something wrong with a question you click on 'report abuse' and give your reasons. It will then be taken care of.

No, it is illegal to abandon a child under the age of 21 in New York state. Parents or legal guardians are legally responsible for their children's care and well-being until the age of 21. If there are concerns about the teenager's safety or well-being, appropriate steps should be taken to ensure their needs are met.
