It really depends how many calories, and carbs you consider to be low, this would be a very restrictive diet.

However, if it was me, I would maybe 800 - 1300 calories per day, and about 20-30g of carbs.

I would do this by eating green leafy veggies, chicken, tuna, fish, prawns, egg whites. I would probably also eat a cup of brocolli a day, to feel more full.

However, in my experience low carb diets are really hard to stick to, but the best of luck to you. I find I lose weight best by doing a very low calorie diet, maybe 600 - 900 calories, and exercise. But that is not really healthyc so its your choice really.
