The red dot may be a natural part of its colouring in that case everything is OK, or it may be an erruption (Boil/cyst etc) of some kind under the fishes skin. If that is the case you may be able to buy some kind of medication at a pet shop. Either way I would be advising you to do regular water changes to reduce the chances of sicknes happening.
This blister is probably a bacterial infection much like that of an ulcer. To treat, add an antibiotic medication to the water and start the fish on an antibiotic medicated food. These two, when combined, should kill off any bacteria that are causing the blister and should set the healing process into motion.
It's likely a water quality issue which means that you need to change at least 50% of your tank water.
Regular weekly maintenance keeps the toxins (ammonia, nitrites, nitrates) to safe levels.
Skin erruptions and blemishes on fish are indicative of poluted water. The fish probably died from insufficient water changes and a poorly maintained filter.
Please be more specific. Is the white ring in the eyeball itself or around the eye socket and what does it look like?
A red dot may be a natural marking or it may be an injury. You would have to observe and decide which it is and then act accordingly.

There is essentially no difference in the two, they both do the same thing but they look different on the outside. Technically speaking, a red-dot is a reflex sight.
The reason is that humans have a blind spot in their eyes, and therefore one dot disappears.
