Once Niko has been given his second, better, mobile phone by Playboy X, Brucie will email Niko to recommend the VIP Luxury Ringtone website. Niko can access the site via the link Brucie sends him on the email (although the site can be found via the internet as an advert, on Niko's computer anyway). Once Niko goes into the website, he can purchase a ringtone which will be sent to his mobile phone. He then has to implement the ringtone by using his phone options.
