Maybe the container of windshield fluid in the trunk?
The heater core has a air pocket somewhere in the lines.
Not sure but it could be that the car's heater unit water has air in it. If so I believe this can be caused by exhaust gases coming from a leaking cylinder head gasket.
By the quality of sound coming from the speakers.

A loud clicking sound coming from the front of your car when you are driving straight would be the result of a bad CV joint. This is something that should be checked out right away.
The sound coming from a wheel could be a brake or wheel bearing problem. Check both as letting the issue continue could damage the vehicle.
That is the metal of your exhaust system, most likely a heat shield contracting as it cools. As the metal heats up it expands and as it cools it contracts or becomes smaller so the sound you hear is the metal moving as it does this.
