Coming from a girl... If a guy and girl are friends and the guys wants to be more than friends but the girl is hesitant it probably means that she does like you. She probably just doesn't want to get hurt or lose a good friend if the boyfriend-girlfriend status goes badly. Unless she comes right out and tells you she doesn't like you, than I'd say shes at least interested. Keep at it, you'll break down her walls. Just try to build trust and get closer to her. :) I know, us girls are confusing right? LOL.
