You hook the cables to the jump start posts under the hood on the driver side.

Positive & negative terminals located under a red rubber cover on the left side of the engine compartment can be used to jump start your battery. For your additional information the battery is under the passenger seat, simply remove the battery's vent cover.

Yes its under the back seat (behind the passenger seat if the steering is left handed). But if you want to jump start the car, then open the front of the car and you will see a small box with a + sign on it on your mid-left. Better to your Manual
If it is automatic - no option but to jump start If it is manual - get someone to help you push the car, engage gear 2 and it should start.
