If you're looking to just replace the bulbs only, you can gain access to the bulbs from the backside by removing some of the plastic rivets that secure the black plastic inner fender and pull the inner fender out of the way enough to get your hand on to the bulb socket. Twist the socket counter-clock-wise to release it. Drop it down and unplug the harness connection.
