Once a meat has become frozen you should not allow it to defrost and then attempt to refreeze it. If you allow it to defrost and then use it by its use by date then that is OK. You can however refreeze it once cooked for example if you buy some fresh mince it becomes frozen in transit, you then defrost it and make a shepherds pie you can then freeze it and defrost it at a later date when ready to eat. If you meant to chill the meat but it just got a little too cold just defrost it before using.

Meat should not be eaten raw under any circumstances. Food that is frozen before the expiration date can still be thawed and cooked a few weeks later.
I wouldn't recommend re-freezing it; I'd recommend cooking and eating it. Of course, after it has been cooked the leftovers could be re-frozen, but the freeze-thaw cycle does tend to turn most foods somewhat mushy.

Air Fares even get affected in Low & Low Shoulder seasons, the period during which this situation is encountered is called 'Blackout Period'. "It is the date interval within normally allowed travel period in which travel cannot take place or passenger cannot take benefits of travel".For Example:During the Blackout period, a passenger cannot redeem the frequent flyer miles or points he has earned. The discounts may not be applicable for all the classes, though it is left for the airline to decide on that.
Bacon is raw meat and, if cooked thoroughly, will present no food safety hazard. It might not look too good, but even if green, there will be little risk. You should not do this with cooked bacon, or any other cooked food, since there may be heat resistant spores formed in the cooking process and they can be VERY heat resistant.

Each package of chicken has an expiration date to go by. The chicken should be kept in the fridge for as long as the expiration date is good. Always freeze before the expiration date.
