Had this issue with my explorer. There is a fuel pump reset switch that probably kicked the pump off when you were in the accident. That's it's job is to stop all fuel from continuing to motor to avoid leakage and fire when in accident. I am not sure on a Navigator where this switch is as I have not had to look for mine but call the dealer they should be able to tell you. On the Explorer it was behind the rear driver side quarter panel where the jack went. Now on a Navigator that would be on the passenger side but there is a panel that can be removed on the driver side in the Navigator. I have never removed this panel but it might be a good place to check and you probably could look in your owners maual also. But if you don't have one call the dealer.

Why is your Lincoln Navigator trying to level itself out while its parked?

When the truck is put in park, the air suspension system will "kneel" about 2 inches to make it easier to load and unload passengers. My Navigator air solenoids could be heard clicking after I was out of the truck and on my porch as it took a set.
