Run it under cold water, take pain relievers, and if its blistering or bleeding; go to the Dr. == If it is still hurting and looks like it is blistering despite the on and off cold pack (ice is not recommended: water is better), then you may have a second or third degree burn and need to seek professional help.
Applying pure Aloe Vera gel to the affected areas may also help.
