This is a tricky question since Iraq only existed as a country after the collapse of he Ottoman Empire at the end of WWI, and as such it has not been conquered.
If you mean did the territory comprising Iraq ever get conquered then the answer is yes. For example, the Turks conquered the territory to form part of the Ottoan Empire. Then the British took over the territory after WWI and formed Iraq.
