Has anyone heard of a company called Anchor Trust in England sending people in America letters telling them they won a hundred grand in a second chance Lottery?

It sounds like a scam. I would be careful giving them any of your information. Many scams send out stuff like that just to get your information for fraudulent reasons. Think about it why would Another Country enter you in their lottery. I get ones wanting my info because someone supposedly left me money. (Even though I never heard of the person) I would just throw away it or if you want more info on them explain to them you are concerted they could be a scam and want more information. Any legitimate company will be able to prove they are real and understand there is a lot of scams and understand your position.
If you really won congratulations but I doubt it.
You can't win a lottery you never entered. There is a company named Anchor Trust in England that deals in commercial real estate. Look them up for an email address or phone number.
