No, and nor has it had any during its history but has been very close to civil war on a number of occasions such as the Castle Hill rebellion (1804), the Battle of the Eureka Stockade (1854), the Great Shearers Strike (1891 and 1894), the 1930s Great Depression, and the 1975 Australian Constitutional Crisis. However, tension over the past few years as been rising both socially and financially as many people here are struggling. If we see another 2008 GFC it could be possible that civil war or revolution could break out.

Australia has never had a civil war of either of the main types (a war for control of the country, or a war involving a breakaway region). There have been a number of uprisings by aboriginal people, especially in the 1800s. There was a rebellion by convict laborers in the 1800s. There has not been any large-scale internal battle or warfare.

What is an example of the Revolutionary War as a civil war?

We actually had a great example of one quite recently. It was the rebellion that took place in Libya to overthrow Muammar Gaddafi. It could be said that what stared as a rebellion was an all out civil war and revolution. Many revolutions are civil wars because they are internally focused rather than being against an external controlling force.
