Sounds like you are writing a business plan. The model is the framework in which you will be attempting to create a valuable good or service. In other words, how does your company intend to do business? Outsource manufacturing? Internal development? Direct sales?
Differentiate your company from others in the same industry to show how your company will do things in a uniquely superior way.
