This means that the compass is in the calibration mode. If you have a Chrysler Sebring owners manual, it will help you finish the calibration for the area you live in. When you look it up, go to the "Index" section of the manual and you will find it. If I remembered or have my manual on me as I type this, I would just write what to do.
