It's either not getting fuel or spark is the reason it won't start.
A blown radiator hose could not cause a 2000 Dodge Durango to not have spark and not start unless the heat damaged the computer in the vehicle. Sometimes when an engine overheats, the computer that controls the firing can be damaged.
out of time timing chain or belt jumped or broken keyway for gears
it could be the firing order if u had it tuned up lately check the spark plug wires 2 see if the firing order is right.if that is not it then it could be the timing, which can usually be fixed easy by turning the distributor a little bit.
It sure seems like fuel would be a good place to start.
Start error means that the "chipped" key message is not getting to the proper computers. You need a scan tool to check codes in the engine, skim, cluster, etc.
