Double-Click on your hard disk,

Under the View menu, select "as List",

In the Finder window, click on each triangle beside the name of each folder to exapnd it and see the contents.

You'll have to do this for each folder, there is no way to do all at once, as far as I know.

Windows

Open "my computer"

Under the View menu, select Explorer Bar, and then "folders"

In that view, click on the little + sign beside the name of each folder to view it's contents.

Again, I don't think there's a group way of doing this.
