Have an electrical short draining battery I believe short is under dash Also it's an uncontrollable circuit I disconnected all fuses relays still draining battery. This is a 2000 Ford Ranger 4x4.?

Having the same problem.
The answer is that I am going to have to take an electrical tester, charge the battery back up, then trace the live wires. There should be no live wires when the key is off.
