My leaks power steering fluid -- MOST of the time is it the hoses. Try replacing those first. You'll need a good mechanic with the proper tools to replace the pump. But I'd bet one of the hoses is rotted.

It's possible a seal has broken. Find where it leaks from, could be pump, hose or steering ram. Then replace part.
if you have a leak between the trans and engine it is most likely a front input shaft seal or front pump seal. you must remove the transmission to replace these seals.
In replacing the power steering pump on a 1993 Toyota Camry wagon with V6 engine, make sure to replace the steering pressure hose and clamp also. The leaks on both the hose and the clamp are the cause of the broken power steering pump.
When a power steering rack leaks you either have to rebuild it with a rebuild kit found at your local parts store or replace it completely. There is no quick repair for that.
If the power steering box is leaking below the adjusting nut, it is like that the seal is faulty. Replace the seal on the power steering box.
Failed Master Cylinder would be my guess. Replace the Master Cylinder.
Assuming the drive belt is there and has the proper tension, my guess would be the power steering pump is bad.
