I had a very saw jaw earlier this year. Not sure about my Lymph knots however I was told I had TMI - a swelling oin the jaw joint. Can be caused by grinding teeth at night and being stressed. Mine was not helped by chewing. What did I do? had mushed up food for over a week - no chewing. Went and had several massages to relax the body / back and the jaw. Felt great. took some anti inflams and one small dimazapan for about 3 nights to ensure a deep sleep. All was great. Then I went Surfing and the surf board turned in the water and was lifted up at force to the underneath of my chin with such force I saw stars ! I massaged my jaw for the next 2 hours to relax it and so far so good. If I feel a bit stressed and tension in my jaw I prod my fingers to where it hurts and massage. Good luck
because..

Two fuse boxes. One is in the passenger compartment near the driver's left knee. A small pull out cup (that I use for change) has to be removed by pulling vertically until the bottom unhooks then removed from the opening. Fuses behind that. Second fuse block is in the engine compartment behind the battery. It is clearly marked
