No, you should be fine as far as I know there's no major reaction between the two. I am prescribed Ritalin for adhd and sometimes take pain pills with it and never had a problem but I only take 10mg ritalin with one or two vicodin. As long as you stick to the prescribed dose of each you will be fine.
