I personally have not heard of a kidney stone effecting your menstrual cycle, but I am not a Doctor. I would perform a pregnancy test is there is a risk you could be pregnant. Also see your Doctor about your missed periods.

If you haven't had a period in 6 years and now when you go pee and you wipe there is blood what would cause that?

Well, its probably your period starting again. Although I'm curious, how old are you? Because not having one for 6 years is very strange. If its not your period starting again it could be blood in your urine which is NOT good. Probably means kidney failure or something so I would have that checked out.

How do you remove a 7 cm stone from the right kidney?

This size stone usually requires surgical removal. Dynamite is indicated. (just kidding).... how about ultrasound ? You may also use a hammer, three strikes and the stone is broken into very small pieces. ( just kidding again, the solution is a surgical removal, in fact it is not a complicated surgery, because it is not so invasive. )
