If you haven't had a period in 6 years and now when you go pee and you wipe there is blood what would cause that?

Well, its probably your period starting again. Although I'm curious, how old are you? Because not having one for 6 years is very strange. If its not your period starting again it could be blood in your urine which is NOT good. Probably means kidney failure or something so I would have that checked out.

Typically, a five week miscarriage would cause bleeding like a period.

The only way to tell would be if the blood and tissue from the earliest part of the 'period' was examined under a microscope. 10 days bleeding whether a period or a miscarriage is excessive and I suggest you see a doctor.

I am asuming that you havent had your period before, so it would be spotting. Your really close! At first discharge is white and later on it gets brown because some blood is in it. If you are expirencing itching, you might have an infection.

Honestly I would go to the doc and get a blood pregnancy test, if it's neg. then I would talk to the doc about why your not getting a period for 6 months. PCOS can cause weight gain and an absent period and infertility. I would at least think about looking into it.

Because you've been on BC for 2 years then I would see your Doctor & have a Quantitative beta HCG blood test performed to determine if you're pregnant or not.
