I think you should crush his heart into the ground until he beggs you to come to him. For example when he says hi just keep walking when he stop to look at you turn away and dont pay him any mind. When he ask you out the first time reject him and say you had your chance!
i think you should just talk to him. he may see that the real you is pretty kewl and he will start to like you. that's how i started out and now he walks me to my bus and talks to me through the window. my friends don't really like him but he's accually really kel and funny. but beware, sometimes they will act like jerks to you. when that happens don't get upset and give up. give him time and he'll come around and most likely like you even more!
