If you like this boy, you may have dated before or not, then the best way to show you like him is to not show. Act as if your not interested when your with him, or tell his friends you don't like like him anymore. It will make the boy you like wonder and maybe he'll ask you out. If he does don't be like: YES, straight away. Give it time. Maybe say something like:
"Uhm, can i think about it. I promise to tell your tomorrow!" That again is making him want you more.
