the long bolts are 46 ftlbs and the short bolts are 42 ft lbs and and u have to tighten in a ssquence to get it rigth and the the end durn every bolt 90 degress more thts wut it says

first you tighten them all to 22 in-lbs, then the short bolts get turned an additional 67 degrees and the medium length to long bolts an additional 80 degrees.

46 ft/lbs for long bolts and 43 ft/lbs for short bolts also rocker arm bolts need to be torqued at 19-22 ft/lbs
