Generally, the same as for other adults - less than 140/90.
For people with some problems like Heart disease, Diabetes, or kidney problems we may want it lower.
For people with some problems like dizziness or recent strokes we may tolerate it being higher.
People older than 80 are more prone to side effects and there is very little evidence of benefit to lowering the blood pressure in them so doctors actively debate whether we should try to get it down to 140/90 or perhaps use a higher target such as 160/100.
