Depending the which Hyundai the starter will have to be reach from either underneath the vehicle or above. First disconnect the battery and remove the starter mount bolts. Disconnect the solenoid and remove the old unit. Replace with a new part.

11. Disconnect the battery cables (negative first, then postive). 2. Use a screwdriver to pry out [very gently and carefully] the gear selector trim bezel from console. 3. Remove the screws holding the console to the floor. 4. Lift the console up and over the shift lever. Disconnect antenna electrical connectors and remove the console from vehicle.
Hi,follow these steps... 1- Remove the ashtray and the 2 screws behind it. 2- Pull the lower trim gently. (You don't have to disconnect all the connectors.) 3- Remove the 2 screws that holds the upper trim. These screws are now accessible from below. 4- Pull the upper trim gently. (You don't have to disconnect all the connectors.) 5- Now you have access to the radio. Good luck
I had the same problem with a Hyundai Accent 1996. You need to disconnect the speedometer inside the front hood.
open the hood, disconnect both battery negative connectors disconnect both positive connectors, remove both battery hold downs. Remove batteries from vehicle. To install follow the same procedure in reverse order. NOTE: you must remove/disconnect the grounds (both) first-to keep from shorting out the battery from the body/frame and causing a fire or damage.

The first step to remove a Daewoo immobilizer control unit is to disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the knee bolster panel and the instrument panel side cover. Unbolt the knee bolster and remove it. Unbolt the immobilizer unit. Finally, remove it and disconnect all electrical connectors.

First disconnect the connectors under the seat. Remove the 3 bolts (Front Left, Front Right, Rear Right). Remove the nut from the Left Rear. Lift seat up and out.
