This depends entirely on the country in question. Nationalist Parties are quite different across the globe.

Actually a Nationalist is the complete opposite of what the above poster stated. A Nationalist is a very broad term, and Nationalist come in all shapes, colors, ethnic background, etc. I can not speak for every Nationalist because we may have different viewpoints, but we can all agree on one thing.... Asia is for Asians, Africa/Haiti is for Africans ( Blacks) Europe is for Europeans, and the U.S should be for Whites with European decent.

They all have COMMUNIST governments, but beside that they are very different. China has a Leninist Communist Dictatorship, Cuba has a Communist Autocracy, and North Korea is a Dynastic Communist State.

There is nothing that prohibits Communist countries from having Presidents. The presidents, however, are not "democratically" elected as in the USA. OK, they are democratically elected per the communist country rules (different rules).
