Hi I have really dry and red patches around my eyes i dont know where they've come from but savlon cream makes it worse. Does anyone know how to treat it?

When to use savlon and when not to?
Savlon can be used to clean and disinfect minor wounds, cuts, and grazes to prevent infection. It should not be used on deep wounds, puncture wounds, or burns without medical advice. Avoid using it on large areas of broken skin or if you are allergic to its ingredients.
