Hi Morris, my apologies for the delay. What exactly are you locked out of? You should be able to access the Xbox 360 dashboard even without signing in to an xbox account. If all else fails and you can't access your xbox, try unplugging your wifi adapter or ethernet cable, and starting the xbox. This will at least allow your xbox to be usable while you resolve your user account details. It sounds like either there's an error with your account, or you can't get the credentials right. Try logging in to your xbox account on xbox.com. If it says your email / password is incorrect, then you can request an email to change it. Once you figure out your login details, you should be able to access xbox live on your console. If you can log in to your account on xbox.com, but not on your actual xbox, then I would contact xbox live customer service over this issue, since it would seem to be an error on their back end.
