Hi you have Ford Taurus 1996 lx it works just fine but while accelerating a parking brake light turns on for couple of seconds same happens when applying breaks to a complete stop?

I'm not a mechanic / technician but the brake light comes on if the parking brake is applied or if the brake fliud level in the brake master cylinder in your engine compartment is low
