Absolutely any drug is psychologically addictive. There are reports of individuals becoming psychologically addicted to drugs that have no capacity for addiction otherwise. With regards to physical addiction, the number of drugs is too large to count. Researching individual drugs is a good idea to find out more. Diamorphine (heroin) and benzoylmethyl ecgonine (cocaine) are two well known examples of addictive illegal drugs.
Both alcohol and opiates (opium, heroin, morphine, codeine, hydrocodone aka Vicodin, oxycodone/oxycontin) are physically addictive, meaning there are physical withdrawal symptoms if a round-the-clock user suddenly quits.
An opiate withdrawal is like a horrible, horrible flu that lasts for months, and although it can be fatal, death is rare. An alcohol withdrawal is much more dangerous. After about 4 to 5 hours without a drink, your hands start shaking, and the shakes just get worse and worse unless you have a drink. In less than 24 hours, you can start going into seizures (called "Delerium Tremens") and you can easily die.
A government taxed drug which has caused many social ills is Alcohol. As well as Tobacco. Both are addictive but legal.
Addiction can come in not just the physical form we associate with the strung out Heroin 'JUNKIE" needing his fix, but in psychological addiction. Some say methamphetamines and cocaine are only psychological addictions, but working in the Addiction field I've seen countless times people coming off and affecting them in both Physical and Psychological Addiction.
Some others are Valium, Serax, Clonazepam ( benzodiazipines ), barbituates and any Opiate based drugs like Morphine, Dilaudid, and Heroin.
I hope this helps list a few for you.

The addictive substance
All benzodiazepines, which are intended mainly to decrease severe anxiety, are highly addictive. Benzos include Xanax, Klonopin, Ativan, etc. These drugs are highly effective in regard to their on label use, but are very much habit-forming.
Lortabs are acetaminophen and hydrocodone, a synthetic opiate. They are highly addictive. Also, because of the interaction between both drugs and alcohol, users should not drink. All opiate drugs increase the effects of alcohol, and vice-versa, leading to the possibility of overdose. Acetaminophen (Tylenol) and alcohol are highly toxic to the liver.
