My 1997 Honda CRV is making a rattling noise when driving in rough roads
Possibly the lifters?!?

A knocking/clicking noise when making a turn is a sign of a torn CV boot. In this case it's the driver side boot that is torn.
Loose, damaged, or failing shock absorber/strut?
A grinding noise form a wheel is usually caused by a bad wheel bearing.
Could be a worn brake pad Could be a bad wheel bearing Could be a CV joint
