well for one that switch is for street racing so stop that but the switch is inside the altranator or hwo ever u spell it.
Our 1997 Honda accord has had the same problem two times. Get the coolant recharged at your mechanic. We have had no problems for several years afterward.

Defective thermostat. Service the cooling system and replace the thermostat.
it could be anything. i would personally take it to a shop and see what they say b/c if you just ignore it, it could cause more problems and you want to hit the problem head on and not make the problem worse.
