How can someone have found out my name from a phone number I think I have a stalker.?
I was talking to some guy from an app, I gave him my phone number and snapchat. He somehow managed to find out my first and last name. His phone wasn't an iphone, and even if it was, I changed my first and last name of my apple id. 1) If you change the name on the apple id, wouldn't that change caller ID? 2) can someone see your caller ID without having called you, through text? 3) could have have gotten access to email? I checked snapchat to see if it somehow discloses that information There are only two routes he could have gotten this information, through the phone, or somehow through snapchat. Clearly I don't fully understand how caller id works, and I've never called him so I'm not sure how he got access to that information. What settings do I have to change in my iphone to make sure it's not disclosing my full name and/or email address to strangers?
