You click the camera button at the bottom left corner and choose what image to send
If you want the answer to your question to be an image -- as opposed to text -- phrase your question like this:"Where can you find an image of [add specific topic here]?"
That is impossible with the current software.

You can only add photos on your user profile. You cannot add a photo in a question; in an answer; or on the message boards.(See the Related question below.)

At this time, Answers does not support pictures within the question. This is a feature that's being considered for future asking!
If you mean an animated .gif, you add it exactly as you would add a photo or picture to your profile.(See the Related question.)

This is a statement and not a question. Wiki doesn't provide photos for answers. I suggest you do a search.
Go to "My Activity" option on the top of the page. Click on "Edit my preferences" option. Click on Blue button "Update Photo or Avatar". Select the photo you want from the photo carousel or You can add or change a photo or an avatar. Click on "Use Selected photo". Click on 'Submit' when you are finished with the work.
