At this time, Answers does not support pictures within the question. This is a feature that's being considered for future asking!

If you create an account and add the question to your watch list, you will be emailed when a question is answered or updated.
If you want the answer to your question to be an image -- as opposed to text -- phrase your question like this:"Where can you find an image of [add specific topic here]?"
Technically, there are infininte answers to this question. Here's an example: 440+1 (I know, I'm lazy.)
You click the camera button at the bottom left corner and choose what image to send

That depends on what kind of custom content you want to add. To add a question that is specific to you, you can just ask a question in the search bar. If it hasn't been asked before, your "custom" question will be added to the database. You can also add answers to questions that other people have asked, and that is a custom answer by you. :) You can also edit your profile and add custom things there.
You can explain your question out in further detail on "Discussion" pages. Once you ask a question look on your left hand sidebar for an option that says "Discuss". From there you can add a response or add more detail to what you are asking.
No, you cannot add photos to illustrate answers on WikiAnswers.
