Even though it's possible to lose a substantial amount of weight in a week or two, it isn't a healthy goal or something you should attempt. I suggest you should set a more realistic goal for yourself, in that way you will be more motivated to achieve your goal.
You can check out a program to help you lose weight through the link in my bio
I think there is a camp called "Wendy Chant's Nutrition Boot Camp". It helps you lose A LOT of weight.

I would say that to lose that much weight, you will need to go on a low fat diet and also to exercise doing cardo at least 3 or 4 times a week. That is a good balance for losing weight.
Depending on your current weight, 1-2 pounds weekly is considered healthy weight loss. More than that is not fat being lost; rather it is muscle tissue and water. If you have a lot of weight to lose, you will likely lose more than 2 pounds per week for the first weeks of the diet; if you have 10-20 pounds to lose, shoot for one pound per week.
You certainly can lose a lot of things by eating nothing but pineapple in a week. You can lose valuable nutrients for example.
First of all, if you are 5'2" and weigh 130 pounds, you don't really need to lose weight, you are at a very healthy, and slim weight. If for some reason you're trying to lose a lot of weight..stop right there and take a look at the big picture, chances are you're not going to keep the weight off because it's unrealistic. That being said, if you want to lose three pounds a week, that means you have to burn an extra 10,500 calories a week, meaning you need to cut out 1,500 calories every day of the week to lose 3lbs. As you can see this is very hard, and unsafe.
In the first week of starving youre actually detoxing your body. A lot of people say that its bad, I'm not a doctor or anywhere near, but actually allowing toxins to leave your body helps with losing weight even after you start eating again. You lose a lot of water-weight first, which is anywhere from 5-20lbs in the first week. I wouldn't ever condone starving for more then a week or so. A good way of losing weight is fasting once or twice a day every week. This is an easy way of quickly losing without having to exercise, which you should do anyways.
the past tense of lose is lostExample: You lost a lot of weight doing those exercises I recommended. Very good!
